Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders $50 and greater to any location in the continental United States. Orders less than $50 will have a flat $6.00 fee. Orders typically take 24-48 hours to process and ship excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation with tracking when your order ships. We utilize USPS mail and UPS based on package size/weight and distance.
Returns: We strive for your complete satisfaction. We hope you enjoy your purchase, but should there be an issue -we offer the following return policy:
Use the contact us button, or email our store at email@example.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number, the item, and a description of the return reason. Items must be shipped back to Jackson Grace within 30 days for a full refund.
1-15 days from original receipt- items will be inspected and refunded to the original form of payment. 16-30 days from original receipt- items will be inspected and store credit issued that will never expire to be used on your next purchase.
All items should be inspected as they arrive and any defective or missing merchandise reported within 3 days of receipt. Do not use sharp objects to open your packages- this will damage the contents. If your item indicates it is a Hand Wash Only item, it is important that you follow these instructions to preserve the integrity of the garment.
Return your product after approval using a shipping method that provides tracking. Jackson Grace is not responsible for lost return shipping- you will need to file a claim with the carrier.
If we receive an item that has not been approved for return, you will be notified and given 30 days to pickup the return before it is donated to charity.
Items that have been worn or washed, stained, smell of body or pet odor, and are not in original shipped condition with tags will not qualify for return. Freight on the original shipment is not refundable.
