Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to any location in the continental United States. Orders typically take 24-48 hours to process and ship excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation with tracking when your order ships. We utilize USPS mail .  You have the option at checkout to Pay for UPS upgraded shipping. Orders may take up to 10 business days to deliver based on distance and service.  If tracking shows delivered - and you do not have your package- you should contact the carrier with the tracking number to resolve the issue. 

Returns:

All Liquidation Year End Sale Items are not eligible for return.  Our normal return policy will reinstate in 2021.

All items should be inspected as they arrive and any defective or missing merchandise reported within 3 days of receipt. Do not use sharp objects to open your packages- this will damage the contents. If your item indicates it is a Hand Wash Only item, it is important that you follow these instructions to preserve the integrity of the garment.

Return your product after notification to us using a shipping method that provides tracking. Jackson Grace is not responsible for lost return shipping- you will need to file a claim with the carrier.

If we receive an item that has not been approved for return, you will be notified and given 30 days to pickup the return before it is donated to charity. 

Items that have been worn or washed, stained, smell of body or pet odor, and are not in original shipped condition with tags will not qualify for return.
